Do I need a reservation for a large group?

Groups of more than 10 guests must book a private event space in advance. Please email [email protected]. We’re not able to accommodate groups over 10 without a prepaid private event.

Where should we park?

Please park in the Main Parking Lot near the Tasting Room. If it’s full, overflow parking is available near the pond. Buses and limos should drop off at the Tasting Room first, then park in overflow. Note: our main gates close at 7:00 PM and hired transportation must pick up before then.

Are children welcome?

Yes — families are warmly welcomed. Children may be in the main level of the Tasting Room, front patio, and pavilion, and on the rear deck, but must remain within arm’s reach and under guardian supervision at all times. Children are not permitted upstairs.

Can we sit on the stone walls?

For safety and to protect our property, we kindly ask guests not to sit on or touch the fieldstone walls.

Are pets allowed?

Yes! Leashed pets are welcome on the front patio, pavilion, and deck. Please keep them leashed at all times — a waste station is available for your convenience.

Can we bring yard games or decorations?

To maintain the guest experience and vineyard views, we do not allow outside yard games, balls, décor, balloons, tablecloths, floral arrangements, or banners. Chairs, blankets, tents, and grills from home are also not permitted. We do offer cornhole on our front lawn for guests.

Can we bring our own chairs or blankets?

To help preserve the landscape and keep walkways clear, we ask guests to use the seating we provide. If you need a specific seating area, we recommend making a reservation.

Can we bring outside food?

Picnic food is welcome outdoors. Outside food is not permitted indoors. For current offerings, please see our Menu.

Can we bring outside alcohol?

No. Outside wine, beer, or alcohol is not permitted on Williams Gap property. Any outside alcohol will be confiscated and guests may be asked to leave.

When is last call?

Last call is 15 minutes before closing. After last call, we stop serving wine and beer for on-site consumption. Bottles and cans for take-home purchases are available until closing at 7:00 PM. The last seated tastings are at 6:00 PM.
