Our 2019 Williams Gap Red is the fullest bodied wine of our current red lineup. This "Left Bank Bordeaux style" wine showcases aromas of fennel and earth, which translates to ripe black plum and dark cherry on the palate. The Williams Gap Red provides grippy tannins and pairs incredibly with our burrata premium plate.
