2021 Blanc de Blancs

The 2021 Williams Gap Blanc de Blancs is the first of its kind. Completely from our vineyard, this 100% Chardonnay Blanc de Blancs is a Brut-style sparkling wine produced in the Champagne method (methode champenoise). Medium lemon in color with a fantastic bead in the glass that remains incredibly lively throughout the palate. Aromas of lemon zest, followed by green apple and a bit of honeysuckle on the palate, this wine is sure to enhance a special occasion or a Tuesday night! The Blanc de Blancs can best be described as celebratory and pairs incredibly with every item you could select from our menu.
