2021 Merlot

Our 2021 Merlot is the second vintage of single varietal Merlot that we have produced. This medium bodied crowd-pleaser showcases aromas of vanilla and pie crust, which translates to ripe blackberry and cigar box on the palate. The 2021 Merlot provides a silky mouthfeel and pairs incredibly with our burrata premium plate.

Can be consumed now or cellared until 2028.
