Cabernet Franc has done beautifully for Williams Gap, in the vineyard, cellar, glass, as well as in competitions. With aromas of warm caramel & vanilla and complex flavors of boisterous ripe blackberries & toasty oak, this wine is a crowd pleaser! The 2022 Cabernet Franc has fine, integrated tannins and pairs incredibly with our burrata premium plate.

Can be consumed now or cellared until 2030.
