2022 Cabernet Sauvignon

Our 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon is one of our single varietal red wines. Unlike Cabernets of California, wines of this varietal in the Commonwealth lean towards a lighter style, as you will notice with the Williams Gap Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine showcases aromas of white pepper, which translates to blackberry notes on the palate. The 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon is delicate on the palate with a balance of savory and fruit-forward flavors and aromatics, and pairs incredibly with our charcuterie board.

Can be consumed now or cellared until 2027.
