5:30 Arrival - Guests will enjoy estate sparkling wine in the vineyard with owner Dr. Jack Sexton, who will give an update on the 2025 harvest.
5:50 - Guests will enjoy a sample of 2025 white wine from this harvest and 2024 red wine from barrel in the cellar with assistant winemaker, Fabio Pepe.
6:10 - Guests will drive to the Tasting Room where they will be greeted with a welcome pour and enjoy lite hors d'oeuvres and conversation.
6:30 - Three Course Harvest Dinner paired with Williams Gap wines. The courses will be introduced by Winemaker Rob Cox and Chef Ian Dieter.

Attire: Cocktail attire is requested — polished and elegant. Includes dresses, suits, or dressy separates paired with refined shoes and accessories.
Upon arrival, guests will park adjacent to the vineyard where you will see several vehicles parked on the left side near production. After the vineyard and cellar experiences, guests will retreat to their vehicle to transport themselves to the Tasting Room where parking will be available. Once guests enter the tasting room, they will be greeted with a welcome pour & lite hors d'oeuvres before dinner.
Each ticket awards ONE guest with a vineyard and cellar experience, sparkling wine in the vineyard, two harvest pours in the cellar, a welcome pour at the tasting room paired with lite hors d'oeuvres and a three course meal paired with Williams Gap wine.
