Crafted from estate-grown Vidal Blanc (both the base of the wine and the base of the brandy) and infused with a curious blend of 18 botanicals, this aperitif opens with aromas of wildflowers, orange peel, and bitter herbs. On the palate, you'll find notes of bitter citrus, rhubard, and a touch of aniseed. This sweet Vermouth boasts a clean, lingering finish that invites another sip.
